Duration

initial free 20 minute telephone introduction

50 minutes per session

While there is no minimum- at times we may suggest a  maximum or guideline number of sessions with review; dependant on individual circumstances- See F&Qs

                            Fees

face to face/ Online (Telephone: in exceptional circumstances) £50

Home Visits Dependant on location: £50 & commute costs

Group Therapy: TBC

Payments should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations

We know some things in life are un-avoidable and that includes costs. 

Notification of cancellations should be made with 24hrs notice.

Any cancellations within the 24hrs will be charged 25% of the full amount.

(If available, a re-arranged appointment can be discussed. We are human too.. we know emergencies happen!)

We endeavour to reciprocate: Any leave or cancellations will be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice to our clients (emergencies excluded).

If you do not notify us of a cancellation or attempt to contact us, we can only assume our service is not for you and no subsequent appointments will be made.

Expectations

There is not a lot that most therapists and counsellors can not work with however, things may come up where someone else, with particular expertise and experience within that area, may be better suited for you- We can review this and provide you with the information to the most appropriate service that would support you.

Rarely, although sometimes, clients an therapists just do not click- we won't hold this against each other and we would like to support you in finding someone else if this happens.
